I've sold real estate in Austin for more than 20 years. I've seen the market boom, cool off and boom again. And somewhere along the way I realized I wanted my business to give me something back besides another commission check.

The things everyone asks.

Do I have to recruit agents to do well at eXp?

Not at all. Plenty of agents join simply for the split, the tools and the training. Revenue share is there if you want it, but it's completely optional.

Is there an office I can go to?

eXp is a cloud based brokerage, so there's no office you're required to go to. You get a virtual campus for training and support, plus in person events and conferences throughout the year.

What does it cost to join?

There's a small startup fee and a monthly technology fee, and no desk fees. Programs and fees do change, so I'll walk you through the current numbers on our call so you have the real picture.

Can I bring my team or my listings with me?

Yes. We'll plan your move around your current listings and clients, and teams are welcome at eXp.

Do I have to be in Austin to work with you?

Nope. eXp works across the US and in many countries, so you can partner with me wherever you're licensed.
