Should you ever consider selling your home to an iBuyer company?

Have you been getting texts, letters in the mail, or phone calls asking about purchasing your home? Lots of my clients have been getting messages like these, so today I want to warn you about these solicitations.

“If you received one of these messages and you’re considering selling, reach out to me first.”

While these messages may sound tempting, in most cases, selling this way comes with a lot of hidden fees. The final price will also likely be much lower than market value because they are not a buyer that loves your home and wants to fight for it. This is a big company that needs to buy your house at a low price so they can turn around and sell it for profit.

If you received one of these messages and you’re considering selling, reach out to me first. My team and I are filling our calendars with appointments to help our clients understand all of their options. If this is the best option for you, we can explore it, and I’ll point you in the right direction. I want you to make the most informed decision possible and get the best selling price for your home.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call or email. We look forward to hearing from you.
